Donna is the Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries. Donna began volunteering in the preschool area in April of 2000. She began serving as our Interim Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries in May of 2004. In February 2006, Donna was asked to serve as our Permanent Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries. She feels honored to be at First Baptist and serve our children and their families.

One of Donna's main goals is to provide a great place for our preschoolers and children so that parents are comfortable leaving their children while they attend worship, Bible classes, etc. Also, Donna would like to provide extra events for our children where they can have fun and bring their friends to a Christian environment. Not only does she minister to the preschoolers, children and parents in our church, but the entire community as well. 

Donna graduated from Fultondale High School in June 1987. She received a BA in Social Science with a concentration in Education from the University of Montevallo in May of 1990. She is married to Lee Rogers and is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Emilee, age 8 and Ally, age 4.

Donna's hobbies are mainly focused on spending time with her children. She is actively involved with Emilee's cheerleading and Ally's school. She also loves to spend time swimming with them in the summer or just hanging out with them daily.
